For me the location is – ”C:\wamp\bin\php\php5.3.10\”
Copy all the .dll files those which are named icu*.dll (example : icudt.dll, icudt46.dll, icuin.dll etc.,) I think, approximately there may be totally 16 files.
Now paste all the files into ”WAMP-Server-Folder\bin\apache\Apache2\bin\”
